✦ payment rules ✦

•you need to send me payment within 24h, or i'll not accept your commission. (this rule doesn't apply when you're taking a hold)•Payment via Paypal or/and bank transfer (for Polish dudes only). I can take payment in Euro, usd and pln.•I'm NOT doing any refunds! no exceptions. Commissions are my only source of cash, since i'm a college student and I don't have time for normal job.•I can decide to not finish your comission in any stage of art for personal reasons - you will get full refund it that case.

✦ process rules ✦

•You need to provide me clear reference and/or instructions of your character design - I don't know your character as good as you and i can miss things. i'm not reading characters' toyhou.se profiles by default, but if you have design notes on it, please tell me to read them.•the client is obligated to keep up with my status updates on their own - i'm posting updates on the status tab above, on my trello and on my telegram. every update is posted on all mentioned places.•I will send you wip after every stage of process and after fixing every mistake.•You can ONLY ask for big changes before I start lineart (big changes like clothes, expression, pose) - after accepting sketch, every big change costs 30% of commission's prize. You can ask for small changes for free on every stage, until art is done (changes like color of clothes, eyes, extra earrings and jawelery).•My turn-around can take from 1 day up to 6 months - please be aware of it. I'm trying to do arts as fast as possible, but keep my deadlines in mind and please don't message me with ,,how's my art?" every 2 days. If i will make any progress on your piece, i'll send you a wip immediately.•if you are not responding to my wips/messages, additional time will be added to final deadline (for example, if you will respond week after i sent you a wip, i will add additional week to deadline). please don't ,,react" with emoji (i'm not getting notifications for it) or left me on read - just state everything's okay or something needs to be changed.•blocking/unfriending me or preventing me from contacting you will result in commission cancelling without refund.

✦ art usage ✦

•always credit me as creator of art with my instagram (@rotten_yote), toyhou.se (rottenyote) or just with simple ,,made by rottenyote"•you can't edit, trace, steal, draw in your style or re-draw my art.•You can't erase/delete my signature from art.•You can't make any profit from my artworks (selling t-shirts with my art etc).•You can use art you commissioned from me everywhere, just credit me.•I can use any of my art as an example of my artworks.
